So i would say that most employers will not fire you if you explain your situation and follow thru with your rehab. Also if u havent done anything to upset them off while intoxicated at work. They definitely didn't trust him and wanted him out. He was seen as an addict that would relapse back into cocaine or snort prescription drugs.
